Our 60 minute massage is designed to benefit clients looking for a 1-2 area focus massage or a full body massage with minimal focus work. These massages are customizable to meet your needs and will encompass multiple techniques.

Our customizable 90 min massage sessions are designed to treat 2 focus areas while providing a full body massage. Techniques, pressure, etc will be determined during our pre-session consultation.

Enjoy the deep relaxation of our heated salt stones. Our salt stones are designed to heat the tissue while releasing necessary minerals to aid is muscle and tissue healing. Our 60 minute sessions are designed for a full body treatment with no focus areas.

Our 90 min hot stone massage incorporates heated salt stones to relax tense muscles while delivering minerals for longevity and wellness. Partnered with our USP elemental magnesium oil, this service is designed to treat 1-2 problem areas while addressing the entire body during treatment.

Our body contouring sessions include laser fat reduction, ultrasound fat blaster, vacuum lymphatic release and radio frequency to rid stubborn fat, decrease stagnant lymph and increase collagen. Treatment plans are recommended for the best results along with as needed follow up sessions.

Our face contouring session is for clients looking to firm facial skin, decrease inflammation, increase collagen and give your skin a more youthful appearance. During this session, we utilize massage techniques to lift facial muscles while decreasing inflammation and will utilize tools like our body contouring machine and microcurrent machine to achieve desired results.

This self service session allows you 30 minutes in our infrared sauna at your desired temperature. Built in RLT or our RLT panel can be utilized during this session as well. Since this is self service, memberships or pre-payment for this service is required. Please reach out to the office should you have any questions.

Our consultations are the first step in your health journey. Whether you are looking for lifestyle changes for chronic pain, particular eating habits to help combat an illness or partnering with our coach for weight loss or diet change due to GLP-1s, we have a program to fit your needs. During this time, our coaches will gather the information required to make a plan for your health journey and set goals for success.

Our weekly coaching check ins can be done virtual (through the Everfit app) or in person to best match your scheduling needs. During this check in, we will take a look at your food, weight and measurements and celebrate successes and revise our plan for any shortcomings. 24 hours prior to your appointment time, please make sure your measurements, weight and diary are up to date so our coachines have the best information available.

Struggling with healthy meals during the week? Let our coaches assist you. During this session, our coaches will assist you in creating a meal plan for the week to utilize foods you currently have or design a budget friendly plan with new ingredients. In order to be successful during this scheduled time, please come prepared with ingredients you would like to incorporate into meals.

This session will replace a weekly check in and will include a complete body comp analysis along with measurements. We will still evaluate your weekly habits and adjust as necessary.
